My thinking is, kind of, all of them because fine motor skills and muscle control is a shinobi skill. More specifically, though, I think Sai because his art jutsu wouldn’t be effective if he was rendered unable to do it by injuring one hand. I think Sasuke because his Sharingan would enable him to copy someone who is left-hand dominant’s movements.
