Who gets more excited about Hanami?
Hmm…I think it’s neither. I think Iruka feels very bittersweet around Hanami season because he knows what it means: saying goodbye to the kids he’s been teaching and welcoming in new folks. So for him it’s sad and exciting.
Then, there’s Kakashi, and I think he’d feel bittersweet about it too, but for different reasons. I think for Kakashi, the season brings up memories of the past and people he used to celebrate with who are no longer here. But, at the same time, he’ll be making new memories with Team Seven that are just as happy.
