Tsunade for sure, she has the skills and the experience!! But i’m sure all of them are pretty good at it, i think Kurenai is a close second.

For to guys, i think Genma for some reason. I dont know how to explain, he just knows how to. Also Gai would try until he made it I’M SURE :rofl:
