I’m torn over Kakuzu. He’s got that focus on money amd accumulating it, which makes him the type, but I also think he might be too stingy to shell out for what that kind of pet needs.

Tobi. As in early appearance Tobi. Tobi with the stick creating the Whac-a-mole jutsu on the go.
But its not a choice he made voluntarily - one day a chamaeleon decided its Tobis pet and thats the story.
