Anyone stealing from 12 year olds is worse with money.

Jiraiya unrepentantly stole from Naruto, while Tsunade only threatened to. And since the Leaf Village didn’t fall into economic despair with her as a leader, she presumably knows something about money. Though. There are also presumably accountant-nins. So.

Those are good points. I was also thinking about Tsunade’s gambling history, and how much money she would have lost & how much debt she was in, etc. before she became hokage. I wonder if she’s ever considered offering up the village as collateral XD

Also, a good point. Shizune must have been able to keep some kind of hold on the purse strings…
